Jay Hollywood
Principal, Creative Director
With a wealth of experience working in London and in Perth for clients all over the globe, Jay enjoys working directly with clients to produce creative and purposeful products that exceed expectations.
Jay specialises in design for all things digital and has a soft spot for engaging interaction and beautiful interfaces. He has recently collaborated with other talented Perth folk to produce apps like Launchlist and Counter Culture, has written for .net magazine and has plans for big things in 2012.
Karen Fisher
Principal, Humaanitarian
Karen has loved design, computers and the Internet for as long as she can remember. After studying at Edith Cowan University, Karen graduated with a degree in Multimedia and IT. Since then she has only seen her passion for the web grow.
During her eight years in the industry, Karen has worked for various web companies as both a lead designer and front end developer and thoroughly enjoys the challenges of working in an ever-changing industry.
Lee Karolczak
Web Developer
Since graduating from Curtin University with a degree in Multimedia Design, Lee has come full circle. After starting his career as a creative, Lee has progressed into becoming a senior web development specialist.
He is driven to helping clients realise their full business potential by developing intuitive web systems that improve workflow and efficiency. Lee thrives on the challenge of converting ideas into functional applications.
Paul Spencer
Web Designer
Having started his career as an Illustrator, Paul discovered the excitement of web design in his academic studies at Murdoch University. Since graduating with a degree in Digital Media, Paul has moved prolifically in the industry.
With a broad spectrum of knowledge in design mediums and techniques, Paul enjoys creating practical and user-friendly websites, rich illustrations and engaging animations.
